Fourth of July for many means get-togethers with friends and family, BBQ fare, and blowing things up for sake of celebrating our nation’s independence (because what better way to do it than to blow money into the air with a flourish and a bang! #merica). For those either dealing with food allergies or sensitivities or just choosing to nourish the body well with real, whole foods, times like these can often be a struggle with all of the junk food in abundance and party fare filling the tables. That’s why I work to ensure there are tasty, nourishing eats for all to enjoy! Food should be enjoyed and celebrated while also serving to nourish the body.
