I don't know about you, but for me, New Year's Eve has always been a slower celebration, full of friends, family, and SNACKS! We usually get together in the evening and play games, watch movies, and snack out until the clock strikes 12 (and believe me, it's a loooong ride on the struggle bus for me to make it until midnight! 9:30 bedtime, anyone?!)
This year will be a little more low key for us, as we're home for New Year's Eve and plan on just watching movies and, you guessed it: SNACKS. Have I mentioned my love for fun snacks? Well, let me say it again. I. LOVE. SNACKS. Whatever your NYE celebrations may look like, whether partying it up with friends or just hanging out at home, this roundup of snackaroos is the perfect starting point for ringing in the new year. From the perfect fresh guacamole to a healthier take on lil' smokies to bacon-wrapped whatever you can get your hands on, I've got a great lineup of recipes for you. I've also linked to some of my favorite pre-made snack elements like chips and crackers to help round out your epic snack table. Snacking doesn't have to mean completely going crazy with unhealthy mystery dips and sugar-laden treats. It can still be healthy AND completely, enjoyably snack-worthy.
Have a safe, happy, healthy New Year celebration, and may the snacks be with you!
